1. Agreement

By using this website or requesting services from HalTech Network LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

Descriptions on this site are for general information. A separate statement of work or master services agreement governs each paid engagement.

3. No guarantee of results

Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party carriers and your internal resources. We do not warrant specific uptime or cost savings unless expressly written in a signed contract.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, marks, and deliverables created by HalTech remain our property or yours as specified in your contract. You may not copy our materials for commercial use without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, HalTech’s total liability arising from this site or preliminary discussions is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if none.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HalTech against claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms, except where caused by our gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Travis County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
